STEPS to Joining
| 1. Complete & Submit Pre-Application by fax or email to SCTS. |
| 2. Get Pay Pal Account from SCTS Pre-Application Page or on banner here (Optional Account). |
3. When you receive an Application Package. Read
all the packages [Hand Book, and Offering Circular]
Review them all carefully. If you want to apply;
complete the Appropriate Application and return it (the
Application) with the mandatory $300 application
processing fee, which will be applied toward your
Associate or Franchise Initiation Fees.

| This is to demonstrate the seriousness of your intent, and your capability to meet the necessary requirements! The Handbook and the Offering Circular will provide the necessary information. |
| 4. When you are contacted by SCTS you will given your inspection date for your location and a schedule for your opening. If you are an Associate you will be assigned a ID number. Everyone will be given an email address and SCTS web page. There will be a check list for opening that will be be designed for your business. |
