Bonuses
1. Associate
You can gain additional income by recruiting new Affiliate Associates and Franchisees. You will not be assigned a territory or geographic region or be limited in any way as far as who you recruit. However, you must be an Associate that is active in filing taxes. While we do pay you for each tax return you file online, and you can only become eligible to be given bonus payments for those you recruit after you have five completed online filings. Once you have qualified we will pay you a bonus for each tax return that is filed online by any Associate and/or Franchise Owner you recruited.
The compensation bonus for recruitment of an Associate or Franchise Owner is Five dollars ($5) per return for the first 500 returns made by an Associate or Franchise Owner recruited by that Associate. The maximum bonus payment available to an Associate is $2,500 per recruit per year per recruit.
2. Franchisee
Franchise Owners will be paid at the rate of Compensation Level of ten dollars ($10) per the first 200 returns filed by a recruited Associate or Franchise owner and five dollars ($5) thereafter. Franchise Owners have no limit as to the number of recruits on which the bonus may be paid.
