| CCR Financial has a special arrangement for the financing of SCTS, Incorporated franchises. The company works through a unique agreement with SCTS to provide funding for their franchises. When a potential buyer of a SCTS franchise is unable to pay the entire Franchise Initiation Fee, but demonstrates either the experience or the potential to be a successful franchise operation, SCTS may direct them to CCR Financial for funding. In order to receive this funding an applicant must have at least a 10% down payment and be willing to sign a Direct Payment Agreement through their mandatory SCTS bank account. This funding is currently available only for SCTS Franchise Initiation Fees. The maximum term for these loans is three years or the length of your SCTS Agreement, which ever is least. Application for this funding can only be made after your SCTS Application has been approved and before your site visit has occurred. If application is not made before site visit it can affect the terms and or the acceptance of your financing.
